How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If for some reason you do not receive an e-mail, please contact us at email@example.com and we'll be more than happy to help you track your order!
How soon will my gear arrive?
Once the gear is shipped it usually arrives in 5 business days or less.
Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
Yes, We store our products at Contact Warehousing and Logistics in East Tamaki. All pick up's must be pre-arranged.
What is your shipping policy?
Again Faster New Zealand aims to ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We recommend using a shipping address that is either a business address or an address where someone is available to receive goods. If there is no one present, the driver will leave your goods. If you think this may be of concern please arrange to have goods delivered to an address where there is someone available to accept delivery in person. If the driver cannot access your property you will be left a calling card and further redelivery charges may apply. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused equipment, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply send it back to our warehouse in original condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping. Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 60 days after purchase will receive store credit.
Please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a return form which we ask you to complete and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form.
If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, simply take a picture of the damage and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.

Is my equipment under warranty?
Our equipment is purpose-built to withstand the rigors of CrossFit training, and we guarantee you’ll be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, simply call or email, and we’ll do our best to make you happy, whether through replacement, repair, or refund. This applies to every item we sell, and covers all instances except accidents, negligence, and normal wear. Guarantee applies to the original owner. Apparel and Wrist Wraps have limited warranties, please see FAQ page for further information.
Can I get replacement parts?
In most cases yes (except for new limbs) please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the replacement part you need and we will try to get one out to you.
Can I Return/Exchange part of a package that I ordered?
Yes! We accept partial returns on packages. Please email email@example.com and we will provide you with a return form which we ask you to complete and include in your return shipment. The return address is located at the top of the form. If you are returning an item for a refund, you will be refunded the sale price of the item, less the cost of shipping.
Will you contribute to my charitable event or sponsor my competition?
We are excited that you are running and/or participating in an event within the Crossfit community. Although we cannot sponsor every event, we would be happy to discuss if and how we can support your cause. Please contact our service team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will make sure your details get into the right hands.
How do I get a custom quote for my new CrossFit Affiliate?
Shoot an email over to email@example.com. Include the list of equipment you are looking to get and the address it will be shipped to and we will get a quote right back to you! Also, if you are new to running an affiliate feel free to pick our brains about any and everything required to running a successful affiliate our staff has a wealth of knowledge in all things CrossFit!
