How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, an e-mail with tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. How soon will my gear arrive?
Once the gear is shipped it usually arrives in 5 business days or fewer.
Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?
Australian customers may in certain cases collect purchases from our Carole Park warehouse however you will need to contact our service team firstname.lastname@example.org as only certain items are available for pickup at this address. Also, we are present at a wide variety of events and can take pre orders that are free of shipping charges and can be picked up at the event. You can send us an email to see if we will be at an event in your area or stay plugged into our Facebook page for up to date news on what we are doing and where we are going.
What is your shipping policy?
Again Faster Australia/NZ aims to ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We recommend using a shipping address that is either a business address or an address where someone is available to receive goods. If there is no one present, the driver will leave your goods. If you think this may be of concern please arrange to have goods delivered to an address where there is someone available to accept delivery in person. If the driver cannot access your property you will be left a calling card and further redelivery charges may apply. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unused equipment, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply send it back to our warehouse in original condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping. Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 60 days after purchase will receive store credit.

If you receive any gear that was damaged in transit or after use, simply take a picture of the damage and send it to email@example.com (New Zealand firstname.lastname@example.org). We will respond to each of these issues on a case by case evaluation, and contact you to provide a resolution.

Is my equipment under warranty?
Our equipment is purpose-built to withstand the rigors of CrossFit training, and we guarantee you’ll be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, simply call or email, and we’ll do our best to make you happy, whether through replacement, repair, or refund. This applies to every item we sell, and covers all instances except accidents, negligence, and normal wear. Guarantee applies to the original owner. Apparel and Wrist Wraps have limited warranties, please see FAQ page for further information.
What surfaces can I use Rage Balls on?
We recommend using Rage Balls on smooth services such as ply. Rage Balls are not designed to be used on rough services such as concrete or brick. Using on these services will void your warranty.
Can I get replacement parts?
In most cases yes (except for new limbs) please send an email to email@example.com (New Zealand firstname.lastname@example.org) and let us know the replacement part you need and we will try to get one out to you.
Can I return the shoes I ordered for a different size?
Yes! As long as they haven't been worn, please email email@example.com (New Zealand firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will provide you with a return form which we ask you to complete and include in your return shipment. Can I Return/Exchange part of a package that I ordered?

How do I get a custom quote for my new CrossFit Affiliate?

What is the difference between Inov-8 f-lite 195s and f-lite 230s?
Good question, the number on Inov8s is actually in reference to the weight of the shoe. 195's are 195 gram, the 230's are 230 grams, and this number reference goes for all Inov8 shoes. Between these two shoes there is also a slight differential in heal heights. 195's have a 3mm differential and the 230's have a 6mm differential from heal to toe bed.
Which jump rope should I choose?
If you are just learning double-unders (2 rotations per jump) then the Ultra-Speed rope is a great choice. Though it is named Ultra-Speed it is actually slower than our Revolution and Revolution-X rope which is nice while you are working on your timing. If you are experienced with double-unders the Revolution Rope is a great step up extremely fast and can be used in and out doors. The fastest rope we have is the Revolution-X Rope. This rope revolves at a blistering speed; however, it is not recommended for outdoor use. The Rev-X is best suited for use on stall mats or reserved for competitions.
