Cooking Tip: Be sure to season brand new non stick pans before use. You can season them by rubbing oil into them and heating on medium for 2 minutes. Coconut oil is the preferred choice as it has a higher smoke resistance to heat. Let the pan cool and wash with warm soapy water. Your pan is now ready to go!
Training Tip: The proof is in the BASICS. Show me your air squat and I'll tell you how heavy and how efficient your squat is. Show me your hollow body holds/and or rocks and i'll tell you how efficient your gymnastics is and where it falls apart. Train you basics. Grow to love the basics. Do the basics daily!

You are where you are because of your walks of life. You can be where you want to be but it's completely judged by the amount of effort your willing to put in. PORK AND EGG DAN DAN RICE
Quick, comforting and above all delicious, this rice dish will brighten up any meal.
Step 1 - Heat 2 tbs oil in a wok or large frypan over high heat. Add peppercorns and pork, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until browned. Stir through light soy sauce and cook for a further 1 minute to heat through. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2 - Wipe out wok and return to high heat with remaining 2 tbs oil. Add the chilli and spring onion, and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until onions start to soften. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant, then return pork mixture to wok. Add tahini, dark soy, vinegar, chilli oil and 11/4 cups (310ml) water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat to medium and simmer for 3 minutes or until thickened.
Step 3 -Microwave the jasmine rice according to packet instructions.
Step 4 - Divide rice among serving plates and top with pork mixture. Top with a fried egg and scatter with salted peanuts and extra spring onion. Serve immediately.
