Egg Muffins Wrapped In Bacon


Cooking Tips: Prolong the lifespan of greens by wrapping them loosely in a damp paper towel and placing in a resealable plastic bag. This is great for the produce bought at local farmers markets!

Training Tip: Lunge more! Walking lunges can decrease your back pain, increase your squat, strengthen your knee and hip tendons, relieve hip tightness and so much more. By introducing 2-3 sets of 100m-200m walking lunges per week (preferably on different days) you will certainly reap the rewards.

What’s better then bacon and eggs? Egg wrapped in bacon, der!



  • 6 organic eggs
  • Whatever you can find in the fridge (in this case leftover Bolognese sauce)
  • Long good quality bacon rashers



1. Pre-heat oven to 180C.

2. Line muffin tray with bacon rashers.

3. Whisk eggs with other ingredients and fill up the bacon cups with the mixture.

4. Bake for 20-30 mins, or until done.
