Returns & Shipping Policy


AGAIN FASTER RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on all unused equipment, no questions asked. If you are unhappy with any of your gear, simply send it back to our warehouse in original condition, and we'll provide you with a replacement, refund, or store credit, at your preference.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the warehouse. When we receive the returned gear, we will then refund your card for the cost of the item purchased, less the original cost of shipping. Returned items originally purchased with "Free Shipping" will be refunded for the cost of the gear, less the actual cost of shipping. Items returned more than 60 days after purchase will receive store credit.

Please complete and return the attached form below with your goods or email our Service Team for a Return Form service@againfaster.co.nz, complete, and include in your return shipment.  Return address is located at the top of the form.

Warranty on Specific Items

Rage Balls

We recommend using Rage Balls on smooth services such as ply and/or rubber flooring. Rage Balls are not designed to be used on rough services such as concrete or brick. Using on these services will void your warranty. If you have any questions regarding this, please shoot our service team an email on service@againfaster.co.nz

Apparels

Apparel (shorts, t-shirts, tanks, singlets, hoodies and compression tights/shorts) has a 3 month warranty. Any apparel items older than 3 months from purchase date, by original owner, will not be covered under warranty.

Wrist Wraps

Wrist Wraps have a 3 month warranty period. Wrist Wraps older than 3 months from purchase date, by original owner, will not be covered under warranty.

AGAIN FASTER SHIPPING POLICY

Faster Australia/NZ aims to ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible.  We recommend using a shipping address that is either a business address or an address where someone is available to receive goods. If there is no one present, the driver will leave your goods. If you think this may be of concern please arrange to have goods delivered to an address where there is someone available to accept delivery in person. If the driver cannot access your property you will be left a calling card and further redelivery charges may apply. If you need to make special arrangements please contact our service team on  service@againfaster.co.nz

All in-stock equipment ships within 2 business days of the order.  Our couriers advise the following guidelines as delivery times, please note this is an estimate only and delivery days and times cannot be pre-scheduled:
